At Store2Home, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns and provide refunds only for products that are damaged during delivery.
Eligibility for Return & Refund
- The product must be damaged at the time of delivery.
- Customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging must be provided as proof.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product ordered by the customer
- Used or damaged products caused after delivery
Refund Process
- Once the damaged product claim is verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
